The Club is in the process of upgrading our membership software, which includes our Point of sale, membership database and tee sheet booking portal. The upgrade will provide us with a much better experience for you, as a member, and for the Club in terms of Administration and service.
Sadly, to achieve this upgrade, we will have to take all booking software offline from Sunday 6th February at 18:00 until Tuesday 8th of February at 10:00. During this time a full migration of our membership database, clubhouse accounts and tee sheet booking portal will all be taken offline and will be inaccessible. You will be unable to add or view bookings, and will not be able to use your member account at the proshop or hospitality.
Please also note that any new member sign up requests (manual or online) from Monday 1st Feb – Tue 8th Feb will also be delayed till after Tue 8th Feb.
