The Proshop provides a full range of quality club repair services. Our expert professionals specialise in reshafts, loft & lie alterations, re-gripping & shaft spining.
Club Fitting
To book a fitting appointment please contact the pro-shop.
We also hold regular fitting days with a host of leading brands. Information and dates for these days will be regularly updated on the website and in the pro-shop.
Club & Buggy Storage
The Mt Derrimut Golf Shop has limited space for storing bags, buggies and batteries. Clubs stored after each round of golf. Contact the pro-shop staff for current pricing and availability.
We also provide support for other areas of the club including Driving range, Mini club & Membership administration.
OUR people
Geoff Ross (Head Golf Professional) has been with us since 2012 after numerous roles within north-west of Melbourne. Geoff had a brief playing career, but quickly worked out club pro life was his strength. In his role, he tackles all tasks with enthusiasm and enjoyment ever since as he continually seeks new ways to meet member & public needs. Get in touch with Geoff for all your golfing needs including equipment hire and yes, even golf trips!
Jake Sayer has worked with Geoff Ross for the past 5+ years and has been an active playing member at the club also. Jake has been the Club Champion in 2016, 2019 & 2020., Jake also plays for our pennant team. Jake’s main focus in the pro shop is working with all member related enquires, competitions, timesheets, and social groups.
Callan Stone is a 1st year trainee professional wh started work at the club in November 2020. He represented our club in the 2021 Pennant season (which we won the flag for!) and is also a qualified MyGolf Junior instructor who runs our Junior programs with Jenna Hunter. Callan plays Cobra/Puma and is able to assist you in any club fitting to ordering of clubs and clothing.
COACHING
Whether you’re a beginner or a novice, our accomplished coaches will polish your skills to outplay your competitors. All veterans of the PGA, our friendly coaches will refine your technique and teach you the skill of playing to your strengths.
